Graphic Design Services: Frequently Asked Questions
What do you need from us to start a design project?
Share your objective, audience, main message and the materials you need. Existing logos, brand guidelines, approved copy, product images, references and final dimensions are helpful. We use these inputs to agree the brief and identify anything still needed.
How much does graphic design cost, and how long does it take?
Cost and timing depend on the number of assets, complexity, concept options, revisions and how ready your content is. We define the scope and review schedule before quoting. Tell us about any fixed campaign or print deadline at the start.
Can you work with our existing logo and brand guidelines?
Yes. We can create new materials within your current identity or scope a visual refresh where needed. Share the original logo files, colour and typography guidance, and examples of previous work so we can keep the new designs consistent.
How many design options and revisions are included?
The proposal sets out the concept options and revision rounds for your project. Consolidated feedback at each review stage helps keep the work focused. Additional concepts, new formats or changes to the approved brief can be scoped separately.
Will we receive editable source files?
The handover can include agreed editable files alongside the required PNG, JPG, PDF or vector exports. We confirm the software, formats and source-file scope before starting. Any third-party fonts, images or templates are identified separately so you know what is included.
Do you also arrange printing and production?
Design and physical production are separate parts of the project. We can prepare artwork to the printer’s supplied specifications and discuss coordination where required. Print quantities, materials, proofs, production charges and final approval responsibilities should be agreed before ordering.
Can you help with copy and images as well as design?
Copywriting, photography, image sourcing and additional illustration can be discussed alongside the design brief. We agree what your team will supply and what needs to be created or sourced, including any additional production or asset costs.
Can we work with you for ongoing graphic design support?
Yes. Recurring creative work can be planned around a defined asset list, formats, priorities and review calendar. The arrangement should state the delivery schedule, turnaround expectations and how requests outside the agreed scope are handled.
